Quatro Celebrates Diversity
Introducing the Diversity leotard
With much excitement, Quatro hosted a leotard design contest over the summer during the Olympic Trials held in St. Louis, Missouri. The event took place at the Quatro Lounge and was met with an overwhelming number of submissions. The Quatro team asked Olympian Jordan Chiles to select her favourite design and after much deliberation, she chose Charlee Wood’s design as the winner! Charlee’s leotard was elegant and had an added twist of flare. We can’t wait to introduce you to the Diversity leotard!
To celebrate this contest, it’s winner, and the incredible leotard design, Jordan was asked to select a charity to be the recipient of a portion of the proceeds from sales of this leotard. Jordan chose Brown Girls Do Gymnastics and Quatro is proud to be a supporting contributor of such a wonderful organization. Quatro is committed to donating 10% of the Diversity leotard sales to the BGDG organization.
What is BGDG?
The BGDG organization was founded in 2015 by Derrin Moore, and the goal of the organization is to strive for more diversity and inclusion in gymnastics by providing access to coaching, training, and other forms of support to athletes from underrepresented and marginalized groups.
At Quatro, we aim to empower athletes in gymnastics, and we understand that there is strength in diversity. Quatro is dedicated to making sure athletes from all backgrounds have the opportunity to look and feel their best while training in the highest quality apparel.
The Diversity Leotard reflects Quatro’s commitment to celebrating the uniqueness of the athletes it serves, as well as honouring and respecting the rights, differences and dignity of others. This leotard will be dropping in early November. Be sure to visit our website to support this great cause! www.quatrogymnastics.com
